The Problem
Most L&D platforms rely on pre-recorded videos and static text — inherently lacking immersion, measurability, and the flexibility to adapt to each learner. Corporate training teams struggled to move beyond passive content consumption toward truly interactive learning experiences.

Our Approach
Discovery & Scoping (Week 1–2)
We workshopped the learner journey with the client's L&D team to identify where static content broke down. Defined the avatar interaction model, conversation design patterns, and measurable learning outcomes per module.
AI Core & Avatar Build (Week 3–6)
Built the conversational AI layer on Azure OpenAI with structured prompts for role-play scenarios. Integrated text-to-speech avatars, context memory across conversation turns, and dynamic difficulty adjustment based on learner responses.
Platform & Multi-Org Architecture (Week 7–10)
Engineered multi-tenant data isolation on Azure CosmosDB, admin dashboards for module authoring, and Azure Kubernetes autoscaling to support concurrent enterprise rollouts.
Analytics, QA & Launch (Week 11–12)
Shipped real-time learning analytics (engagement, completion, knowledge retention), ran load tests at 1,000+ concurrent sessions, and supported the client through their first enterprise customer deployment.
The Solution
We built an enterprise L&D platform with Generative AI at its core, featuring natural-language conversations with digital avatars, dynamic training modules, and a cloud-native multi-org architecture supporting 1000+ concurrent learners. Real-time analytics give administrators visibility into every interaction.
Why This Tech Stack
Azure OpenAI was selected for enterprise compliance and regional data residency requirements critical to the client's target market. Kubernetes on Azure AKS gave us the elasticity to handle variable enterprise training windows, while CosmosDB's multi-region capability supported the multi-org architecture without data boundary leaks.
The Outcome
