The terms and conditions governing our engagement.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website aiqwip.com and any services provided by AIqwip Technologies Private Limited (“AIqwip”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
AIqwip provides AI product development services including but not limited to: MVP development, product engineering, data engineering, cloud infrastructure, MLOps, and ongoing support. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties.
Payment terms are specified in the SOW for each engagement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. AIqwip reserves the right to pause work on projects with outstanding payments exceeding 30 days.
Client IP: All custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for the client under an SOW are owned by the client upon full payment.
AIqwip IP: Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies developed by AIqwip remain the property of AIqwip. Clients are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use any AIqwip IP incorporated into their deliverables.
Open Source: Where open-source components are used, they are subject to their respective licences.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement for a period of two years. A separate NDA is available upon request.
AIqwip guarantees delivery of MVP engagements within four weeks of project kickoff — or we continue building at no additional cost until we do.
All deliverables include a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes related to the agreed scope. New features, changes in scope, and third-party service issues are not covered under warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIqwip's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. AIqwip is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. AIqwip will deliver all work-in-progress and documentation upon receipt of final payment.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
