Partnered with the client's talent team to identify bias patterns in their historical data. Co-designed evaluation rubrics grounded in role competencies rather than pattern-matching against past hires.
Resume Intelligence (Week 4–6)
Built semantic parsing that extracts skills, experience context, and adjacent competencies — surfacing candidates whose resumes use different vocabulary for the same skills.
Voice Interview System (Week 7–11)
Integrated ElevenLabs for natural-sounding AI interviewers that adapt questioning based on candidate responses. Human interviewers get live scoring, follow-up prompts, and bias-flag alerts.
ATS Integration & Dashboards (Week 12–14)
Shipped two-way sync with Greenhouse and Workday, recruiter analytics dashboards, and candidate feedback loops that close the hiring data circle.
The Solution
We built an intelligent recruitment platform combining AI-driven resume parsing and ranking with automated voice interviews powered by ElevenLabs. Human interviewers get a co-pilot that surfaces questions and scores responses in real time. A visual pipeline and analytics dashboard gives hiring managers instant visibility into every stage.

ElevenLabs was chosen for voice quality that doesn't signal 'AI interview' to candidates — critical for NPS. Azure OpenAI handled structured scoring outputs with guaranteed JSON schema, making the co-pilot predictable enough for human interviewers to trust.
